Summer Camp: July 23rd
I keep coming across the idea of using the last few minutes of the day to give thanks of the day—very similar to the tradition of saying prayers before bed. The brain waves change to a different type during sleep and we have more access to our subconscious. I want to encourage you to think about your book project before you go to sleep at night and perhaps an affirmation or two about being a children's book author/illustrator. And on the wake up side take some time with your project before you begin your day.
